Dr. Laura completed an Honours Bachelor of Science at the University of Waterloo before heading to California to graduate from Life Chiropractic College West with honours.  Dr. Laura continued her education by studying for multiple years with the Carrick Institute of Graduate Studies focusing on neurological applications in adults and children.

Dr. Laura has also completed many extra studies in the field of prenatal care and pediatrics which she is very passionate about. She has also volunteered her time in El Salvador with a group of chiropractors, treating over 500 people while she was there.

​

Dr. Laura has worked with athletes competing at the international level as well as with young children just making their athletic debuts.  She also has a special interest in working with infants and children as well as women who are pregnant or postpartum.  One of her favourite things is caring for a woman throughout their pregnancy and then having the honour to check and care for the baby once it’s born! 

 

Dr. Laura uses Active Release Technique and adjusts using many different gentle methods depending on the comfort level of the patient.  When not at work, Dr. Laura spends the majority of her time chasing her busy son, Sam and her daughters, Ella and Clara.

Dr. Laura is a member of the College of Chiropractors of British Columbia, the British Columbia Chiropractic Association, the International Association of Functional Neurology and Rehabilitation, and the International Pediatric Chiropractic Association.
