Dr. Fez’s chiropractic philosophy has roots in the principle of no pain, MORE gain. His treatments consider how the whole body is connected, and that the body compensates for imbalances. His treatment strategy is to find the source of the pain, and apply very specific adjustments in needed areas to relieve discomfort. He treats all conditions and fitness levels across the life span, from children to athletes to seniors. Aside from full spine his specialties are in shoulder, knee and ankle injuries.

Dr Fez started his journey in body healing with a Bachelor’s in Biomedical Physiology from SFU. He was a kinesiologist for four years, simultaneously working at a physiotherapy clinic and running his own successful business (Kinex Active Rehab). Interested in advancing his scope of practice, he graduated with honours from the Doctor of Chiropractic program at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minnesota. Dr Fez is also a professional member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), and Is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist as well as Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator. He has attained over 30 certifications in manual therapy and exercise prescription. He synthesizes his credentials to provide immediate pain relief, optimize recovery, and enhance performance, allowing people to live life to their full potential.
