DR. JJ COLESHAW
DC, BKin, Bsc
Dr. John Joseph (JJ) Coleshaw studied Kinesiology and Human Kinetics at the University of Regina before attending the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Doctor of Chiropractic and Bachelor of Science in Human Biology. Dr. Coleshaw is a licensed member of the College of Chiropractors of BC, the BC Chiropractic Association and the Canadian Chiropractic Association. In addition, Dr. Coleshaw has studied over 350 hours of clinical neuroscience through the Carrick Institute of Graduate Studies. He is currently pursuing becoming a board certified chiropractic neurologist through the American Chiropractic Neurology Board (not currently recognized in Canada).

Dr. Coleshaw played high level hockey in BC (BCHL) and at the U of R while completing his undergrad. Like many athletes, he dealt with a significant number of injuries throughout his career, which eventually led him to stop playing due to multiple concussions and post-concussion syndrome. His first-hand experience of treatment after these injuries inspired him to become a chiropractor and specialize in clinical neuroscience, so that he can help patients in the same way that he was helped.

Outside of work, Dr. Coleshaw enjoys being active outdoors or in the gym, cooking delicious food, listening to podcasts/reading, and spending time with his friends, partner, and dog.
